FY21 University Annual Giving Partner Web & Giving Form Audit
PROJECT CONTRIBUTIONS: I led an exhaustive website and giving form audit in fiscal year '21 for University Annual Giving's direct marketing partners. The goals of this project were to assess the current state of partner websites and giving forms in providing the most cohesive and seamless donor experience possible. I created a comprehensive report on my
observations of partner websites and giving forms across both desktop and mobile platforms. The report included recommendations for improving the overall effectiveness of the giving pages as well as the donor's giving experience as a whole. Upon completion of this audit, the findings per partner area were sent to our direct marketing partner contacts. Below are sample pages from the full 97-page document.
